LAGOON
ROCK
Relax on your spacious timber deck, just 50m from the
edge of the tranquil Kleinriver lagoon. Uninterrupted
views of the lagoon, a private marina with floating jetty
and the mountains to the back of your property: these
are some of the special features of Lagoon Rock.
Just three kilometres outside of Hermanus, this exclusive
development offers owners a magnificent "hunting
lodge" house on a 1000m² property, surrounded
by a private nature reserve. It is ideal for water sport
or angling enthusiasts or for those who would like to
live in a serene, natural environment. The direct focal
point is the marina, with jetties, pool and entertainment
area on the water's edge.

Unit Descriptions
- It is also possible to build your own house, though
some architectural guidelines have to be adhered to
- like a maximum allowable floor area of 300m²
- The original hunting plan concept has been expanded
on to accommodate individual tastes. All units that
have been built or are under construction have been
planned to conform to the strict architectural guidelines
so as to allow for a common thread running through
the development
- The loft area offers wide views, both of the lagoon
to the south and the mountains to the north
- All 8 erven have been sold and the construction
phase is well under way and should be completed by
December 2004
Lagoon Rock is self-contained and is being managed
by the Home Owners Association, who will set the rules
for the development. What really makes this development
exclusive is that it is the last permitted development
on the Kleinriver lagoon.
